The YES Annual Review provides a chance for YES to reflect on the events of the past year and particularly to celebrate the great work of all our young people and recognise the contributions of our volunteer network. It also allows YES to demonstrate to funders the good use of their funds. YES's main change over the past year has been to move from working only within schools to reaching young people in other institutions such as Secure Residential units and to help them to have an experience of business wherever they may be found. YES also incorporated employability skills into its courses to help young people develop skills which will help them to find and keep employment. The Review this year has kindly been designed by Native Agency and follows the theme of our new website. Thank you to all of our volunteers, young people, Link Teachers, Business Advisers and the YES team for supplying the information, stories and interesting facts throughout the year which have made up the Review.
